Webinar: How AI Changed Hiring, and How to Get Seen Anyway

Hiring has changed fast. Employers now screen applications with AI, and most applicants use it to write them, so strong candidates get lost in the loop. Nick will walk through where the job market stands right now and what it means for people building mission-driven careers, including anyone moving between sectors. Nick Yehle works on the Product and Growth team at Boomband, the AI-native talent marketplace founded by Monster.com creator Jeff Taylor. He joined as one of the company's first ten employees and leads the job seeker experience. Before Boomband, Nick co-founded JoGo, a consumer hardware startup that sold in more than 80 countries before its exit. He holds an MBA from Babson College and studied economics and computer science at Denison University. He's based in Boston.
